Nehal Hotel, Abu Dhabi

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were quite cozy and spacious, but the check-in process was a bit of a hassle due to the reception staff's lack of professionalism. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions, but the dining options left much to be desired.

The hotel is conveniently located in the central area of Abu Dhabi, with easy access to the beach promenade and nearby attractions. The rooms were upgraded due to noise issues, but the warmth could be improved. The service was exceptional, with quick responses and no extra charges for requests. However, parking is a challenge in this bustling area.

My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms were clean and affordable, but I encountered a dirty shower with the previous guest's hair and dirt, and there was a shortage of towels and mugs/teaspoons. The service was excellent, especially thanks to Miss Elema and the front office manager, who were very friendly and helpful. The location was awesome, midway between Abu-Dhabi Mall and the Corniche, making it convenient to explore the city. The dining experience was good, with a particular highlight being the Fruit in Yogurt, although breakfast was not included. The facilities were adequate, offering good value for money.
